Overview
HumanX Laboratory designs casual mobile games that can usually be played without creating an account. We collect only the information needed to operate the games, provide support, improve stability, process purchases, prevent abuse, and show ads where a game includes advertising.
We do not sell personal information. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government IDs, precise financial account details, health information, or private messages outside support requests that you choose to send.
Information We May Collect
Depending on the game and platform, we may collect device type, operating system, app version, language, country or region, gameplay events, level progress, crash logs, diagnostics, purchase status, ad interaction events, and support messages you send to us.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or another official store provider. We may receive product identifiers, transaction status, receipt validation results, and entitlement state. We do not receive your full payment card number.
Ads and Analytics
Some games may use advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting services such as Google AdMob, Apple services, Google Play services, or similar providers. These providers may process advertising identifiers, coarse location derived from network data, device data, ad impressions, clicks, and diagnostics according to their own policies.
How We Use Information
We use information to run game features, save or restore entitlements, provide customer support, fix bugs, measure performance, improve gameplay balance, detect fraud or abuse, comply with platform rules, and show contextual or personalized ads where permitted.
Sharing
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate games, process purchases, deliver ads, analyze performance, host services, or respond to support requests. We may also share information when required by law, platform policy, or to protect players and our services.
Children
Our games are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will review the request and delete the information where required.
Your Choices
You can limit ad tracking through iOS or Android privacy settings, delete local game data by removing the app, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information that we can reasonably identify.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including support, security, legal compliance, purchase records, and service improvement. Local progress stored on your device may remain until you delete the app or clear device data.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to reduce risk and limit the information we process.
International Use
Players may access our games from different regions. Information may be processed in countries other than your own by us or our service providers, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.
