For data access, deletion, or privacy questions, email support with the subject line "Privacy Request" and include the game name.
These notes apply broadly across HumanX Laboratory games. Some games may have additional in-game settings or store-specific restore buttons.
Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. Open the game's shop or settings screen and use Restore Purchases when available. If the unlock still does not appear, contact support with the game name and purchase item.
If a rewarded ad does not grant the expected reward, check your connection, restart the game, and try again. Send the game name, time of the ad, and reward type if the issue repeats.
Many HumanX Laboratory games store progress locally on the device. Deleting the app, clearing device storage, or switching devices may reset local progress unless a specific game provides cloud sync.
Close unused apps, update iOS, check available storage, and restart your device if the game stutters, freezes, or fails to load. Include your device model in any support request.
